We've been working with Pipers since 2005, when we first started to research the possibility of patenting our invention. They helped us through the process of assessing the patentability of our product, and then assisted us in applying for a provisional patent in New Zealand in 2007. This step was followed by a PCT application in 2008, which was then in turn followed by national phase patent applications in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, Canada, Brazil, Russia and Europe.  We now have granted patents in several of these countries.

The patents Pipers have drafted for us are very robust and we expect to be granted our patents in all of the countries applied for.  We are very grateful for the work Pipers has done for us in order to be in this situation.  The granting of patents on our invention has added and will continue to add enormous value to our company.  I have found Pipers to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and pro-active.  They are easy and efficient to deal with and are readily available to assist with any enquiries.
