Sally Paterson, based in Auckland New Zealand, is a respected Senior Member of PIPERS Pharmaceutical & Veterinary Division. Sally is an engaging personality and since coming to PIPERS in 2004 has forged strong relationships with her clients as well as an enviable reputation for getting the deal done. Prior to coming to PIPERS Sally had worked for a number of well regarded legal firms in England, Argentina, Canada and New Zealand.

Sally’s Practice covers all aspects of Intellectual Property, but her primary focus involves advising on, prosecuting and the enforcement of innovations in the pharmaceutical and veterinary science technologies. Sally is also responsible for preparing infringement and validity opinions and in revocation and enforcement pleadings. She has a wealth of experience to draw upon enabling her clients to achieve their commercial advantage by obtaining and enforcing their hard earned innovations through incisive IP strategies

In her spare time Sally likes to keep fit, enjoys reading, the company of good friends, and is a keen traveller.
