What are PIPERS services?

PIPERS practice includes Patent & trademark registration, advice on copyright, trade secrets, unfair trade practices, computer software rights and licensing of rights and franchising, in addition to patent consultation and related litigation services.

PIPERS drafts, reviews and negotiates all types of agreements and management contracts, and has expertise in contract disputes relating to intellectual property. We work with our clients to help them determine whether their rights to intellectual property are properly protected during the drafting process and represent clients in breach of contract matters involving intellectual property.

PIPERS also plays a prominent support role on behalf of legal firms who do not have a specialist IP department and we liaise with a number of firms who either require our specialist skills or are in need of a competent firm with sufficient resources to handle overflow work within stringent time restraints.

As well as drafting, filing and prosecuting local and International Patent, Trademark & Design applications we help to register copyrights, conduct full patent and trademark searches and prepare due diligence reports and substantive written opinions.
